This is a rare opportunity to help build a practice in a growing coastal community with a clear need for accessible, relationship-driven pediatric care. Families in and around Carolina Shores, Calabash, and the surrounding Brunswick County area are looking for high-quality pediatric care closer to home, and this practice is being designed to help meet that need. The Role What you'll do: Provide comprehensive pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents Build long-term, trusted relationships with families in the community Help shape clinic workflows, culture, and patient experience Participate in community outreach and local partnerships Collaborate closely with medical and operational leadership as the practice grows This role is ideal for a physician who values autonomy, purpose, and the opportunity to help build something meaningful from the beginning.
