RN Weekend Supervisor

At Armstrong Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our patients in a warm and welcoming environment. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Weekend Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing our weekend shift, ensuring seamless operations, and providing high-quality care to our patients.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nursing staff on weekends, providing guidance and support as needed

Ensure that patient care is delivered in accordance with our center's policies and procedures

Develop and implement effective plans of care for our patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members

Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and coach staff to improve their skills and knowledge

Collaborate with corporate and facility leadership to develop and implement changes to improve patient outcomes and overall center operations

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

As a Weekend Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families. You will be responsible for leading a skilled and dedicated team of nurses, ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care and attention. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in maintaining our high standards of quality care.

Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania

Minimum 1 years of experience as a RN, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting

Ability to work weekends, as scheduled

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Familiarity with medication administration, IV therapy, and wound care a plus
