Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Aesthetic and Wellness)

Position Overview


We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to provide advanced aesthetic and wellness services while serving as the clinical lead for the practice. This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about cosmetic procedures, wellness, and delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of aesthetic and medical procedures, including:
  • Cosmetic injectables (Botox/Neurotoxins and Dermal Fillers)
  • Fat reduction procedures
  • Hormone pellet therapy
  • Endovenous laser treatments
  • Image-guided joint injections
  • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on treatment options, wellness programs, and elective services.
  • Diagnose and manage hormone imbalances and varicose vein conditions using evidence-based practices.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Active and unrestricted North Carolina NP or PA-C license (DEA license preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of NP or PA experience.
  • Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, medical spa, wellness, or a related specialty is preferred.
  • Experience performing cosmetic procedures and patient consultations is highly desirable.
Schedule
  • Full-time position.
  • Four-day workweek, including:
  • Two (2) 12-hour shifts each week.
  • Every Saturday.
  • Travel between clinic locations may be required.
