You'll recruit for high-demand technology positions supporting digital transformation, cybersecurity, cloud modernization, application development, infrastructure, data, and enterprise platfor ms.You will own the full recruiting lifecycle—from intake and sourcing strategy through candidate screening, offer management, and onboarding—while partnering closely with account managers and hiring leaders to deliver top technical tale nt.

WHAT YOU'L

L DOManage a high-volume portfolio of IT requisitions across banking and financial services clie nts.Manage a live technical requisition load across engineering, manufacturing, skilled trades, and IT discipl inesDevelop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, ATS mining, referrals, and direct outre ach.Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, preferred backgrounds, target companies, and candidate profi les.Screen and qualify candidates for technical competency, communication skills, cultural fit, and client-specific requireme nts.Prepare high-quality candidate submittals with detailed technical summaries and interview recommendati ons.Manage candidates throughout the interview process, offer negotiation, acceptance, and onboard ing.Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate documentation, and pipeline management within the ATS.Provide market intelligence to hiring managers and account teams, including compensation trends, talent availability, competitive hiring activity, and recruiting strategy recommendati ons.Identify recruiting challenges early and adjust sourcing strategies to ensure consistent delivery against client expectati ons.REQUIRED QUALIFICAT IONS3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experie nce.Experience recruiting IT professionals within banking, financial services, fintech, or enterprise technology environme nts.Demonstrated success sourcing passive technology talent through direct outreach and network ing.Experience recruiting across multiple technology disciplines, including software development, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and enterprise applicati ons.Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, Boolean search techniques, and CRM to ols.Strong communication skills with the ability to partner directly with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruiting proc ess.Comfortable managing multiple high-priority requisitions in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environm ent.STRONGLY PREFE RREDStaffing agency, MSP, or RPO recruiting experience supporting enterprise clie nts.Experience recruiting for major financial institutions, investment banks, commercial banks, insurance companies, or fintech organizati ons.Familiarity with banking technology environments, including digital banking, payment systems, risk and compliance technology, fraud prevention, data platforms, and cloud modernization initiati ves.Experience supporting contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire recruiting engageme nts.Knowledge of financial industry hiring practices, background screening requirements, and regulated environme nts.Experience recruiting cleared or highly regulated technology professionals is a p #J-18808-Ljbffr Acara Solutions, An Aleron Company
