ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member. Outside of work, I'm a professional musician who studied music in college, and I also enjoy painting, especially watercolor. Creativity and building relationships are a big part of who I am. Our agency is passionate about serving the community. We partner with local churches, community organizations, small businesses, and the police department to build lasting relationships and make a positive impact. Our agency offers a flexible work schedule, PTO, a Simple IRA, ongoing training and coaching, professional development, and opportunities for career growth and advancement. We believe in helping our team members succeed both personally and professionally. Our culture is supportive, customer-focused, and built on teamwork. I'm looking for someone who is proactive, outgoing, detail-oriented, and compassionate. Strong communication skills are essential, and bilingual candidates (especially those who speak Spanish, Polish, or Ukrainian), are highly encouraged to apply.ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Domenico Polo - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.QUALIFICATIONS
