Quanex is looking for a Custom Screens Assembler - 2nd Shift to join our team located in Rice Lake, WI.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-11pm | Overtime needs vary daily
Begins at $18.50/hr + $3/hr shift differential with opportunity for pay increase on an annual basis

What Success Looks Like:
- Operate and set up production equipment
- Perform manual window screen fabrication and cloth installation
- Complete quality checks and maintain attention to detail
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve overall workflow efficiency.
- Promote a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proactively reporting potential hazards.
- Demonstrate dependable attendance and punctuality
What You Bring:
Production, assembly, warehouse, mechanical, or other hands-on experience is preferred but not required
Strong attendance and reliability
Eagerness to learn
Attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset
Self-motivation and initiative
Ability to follow processes and safety expectations
Basic mechanical aptitude or hand-tool experience is a plus to move up quickly
