Production Operator

Pay Rate: $25.14 plus shift differential Shift: 3pm-11:30pm Production Operator, Oak Creek Primary Responsibilities Set up and prepare production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders. Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing. Ensure that equipment is maintained in good and safe working condition. Inspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions, and necessary repairs. Provide assistance to junior operators in their assigned responsibilities. Clean equipment when needed. Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements. Operate trucks and other industrial vehicles to transfer production materials between the warehouse and working area. Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the day. Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred. Ability to work any job and work overtime as needed. Must be clean‑shaven to wear proper PPE.
