What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Keep kids safe & happy: Supervise children in groups and one-on-one, ensuring a nurturing and secure environment. Lead daily routines: Help kids smoothly transition through meals, naptime, and clean-up. Bring fun to learning: Plan and run age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity, play, and social skills. Create a welcoming space: Keep classrooms clean, organized, and inviting. Connect with families: Chat regularly with parents about their child's day and document daily observations. Grow and collaborate: Work with your team on special events and stay sharp with ongoing training and safety guidelines. What We Are Looking For (Qualifications) A natural with kids: Solid basic knowledge of child development, behavior management, and age-appropriate learning. A community mindset: A passion for supporting diverse families and helping those facing financial challenges. Creative energy: Ability to help plan fun educational activities and family events. Strong communication: A warm, collaborative attitude that builds quick trust with kids, parents, and teammates. Physical stamina: Ready to stand, lift, and actively play on the ground with kids throughout the day. Experience & Certifications: Prior preschool or daycare experience is preferred.
