The Occidental is in search of Captains who are excited to be part of a large, passionate, cohesive team providing genuine hospitality to create memorable dining experiences.

Desired candidates will have:   

• 3+ years of experience in an upscale restaurant providing high-quality service
• Great communication skills and ability to create positive personal interactions
• A genuine eagerness to provide exceptional hospitality to all guests
• Ability to verbalize the food and beverage menu exhibiting thorough product knowledge  
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality  
• Prior experience using a POS system and cash handling
• A strong desire to be a part of a dynamic team
