About the Role:

Beulah Home Care LLC is growing!  We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide exceptional care for individuals with developmental disabilities in Springboro, OH. Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and document patient health status and progress.
• Assist with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families.
• Educate clients and families on health management and care techniques.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Ohio.
• Experience in home care or working with developmentally disabled individuals preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Flexible schedule to meet the needs of clients.
• Background check clearance and references required.
