Manufacturing Finance Manager

As our Manufacturing Finance Manager , you'll partner with executive leadership, plant operations, supply chain, and production teams to provide financial insights that improve profitability, optimize manufacturing performance, and support strategic business decisions. What You'll Do Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing, and variance analysis Partner with plant leadership to identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency Develop financial models and ROI analysis for capital investments Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve business performance Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and audit requirements Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience 3+ years supporting a manufacturing environment Strong expertise in manufacturing cost accounting and financial analysis Experience with budgeting, forecasting, ERP systems, and advanced Excel Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications CPA and/or MBA (preferred not required) Experience in multi‑site manufacturing Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma knowledge Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar platforms Why Join Us?
