Job Description

As a Security Guard Full Time Patrol Incident Recognition in Shreveport, LA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related needs with integrity. Pay Rate: $16.38 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating issues through appropriate reporting channels.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points, visitor activity, and restricted areas in accordance with site policies, assisting with the orderly movement of authorized personnel and deliveries.
Document patrol observations, incidents, and unusual conditions accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
