Job Title: Customer Engagement Program Coordinator Location: Plymouth, MN 55442 Duration: 11 Months with possibility of extension or conversion Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Position Summary Support the planning and execution of healthcare events and customer engagements while managing event operations, CRM tracking, reporting, and process development. Ideal for a self-starter who can adapt, solve problems, and help build new processes in a growing team. Role Details Plan and execute meetings, events, and customer engagements. Manage event logistics, registration, communications, venues, and vendors. Oversee physician contracting and engagement tracking. Track budgets, process invoices, and prepare post-event reports. Maintain CRM databases, reporting tools, and tracking systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance requirements are met. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. Experience managing high-profile attendees or customer engagements. Experience with CRM tools and databases. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications. Key Skills Organization and project management. Strong communication skills. Adaptability and problem-solving. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred Skills Event planning or meeting management experience. Process improvement or workflow development experience. CRM reporting and database management. Self-starter mindset with a “figure it out” approach.
