Physical Therapist – Outpatient

Schedule: Days - 5x8

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40

Requirements:

• License: Physical Therapy License
• Experience: Preferred 1+ years, open to new grads
• EHR: NextGen
• Skills: Case Management, applicable evaluation/assessment methods such as Fall Risk Assessment, and ortho/neuro skills including but not limited to Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, Back Pain-Post Operative, Concussion, and Total Joint Replacement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients.
• Assess and evaluate patients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Compliance / Notes:

• Dress Code: Business Casual
• Productivity Expectations: Minimum of 11 visits per day; 55 per week with units billed in line with clinic/region.
