Senior Associate, Reconciliation This role is located in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities Complete in-depth data analysis of reconciliations, identify trends, perform complex root cause analysis, and execute on recommendations Lead reconciliation engagements across business areas, ensuring consistent practices and outcomes Review and oversee technical testing and implementation of reconciliation software; conduct complex testing and validate implementation code Review, analyze, and present conclusions, recommendations, and updates to senior staff Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience 5-7 years of total work experience; experience in financial services preferred Strong ability to decipher complex root causes of reconciliation breaks and interpret detailed data analyses Experience with reconciliation software testing, implementation validation, and oversight of testing performed by junior staff People leadership experience preferred Benefits and Rewards BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
