What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations in a fast-paced ER setting
• Assess patient conditions and develop care plans using the nursing process
• Administer treatments, medications, and interventions in compliance with hospital protocols
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families
• Document patient care activities accurately and promptly
• Use clinical judgment and critical thinking to prioritize patient needs
• Educate patients and families about procedures, treatments, and post-discharge care

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Florida RN license
• BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
• 2+ years of ER nursing experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and exercise good judgment

Preferred:

• Additional clinical specialty certifications
• Experience working in a high-volume emergency department
