Product Manager

Optomi, in partnership with a leading global entertainment company, is looking for a Product Manager to join their team. This role will serve as a subject matter expert and hands-on leader driving the delivery of enterprise HR systems and integrations that support This entertainment company's global workforce. The Product Manager will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across ERP platforms, including SAP S/4 HR and Workday, to enhance employee experiences, streamline HR operations, and enable data-driven decision-making for leaders worldwide. This position is critical in ensuring this company's HR platforms and integrations effectively support their people, protect data integrity, and enable world-class employee and leader experiences.

What type of experience does the right candidate have:

• 7+ years of experience in ERP systems, including SAP S/4 HR and Workday.
• Strong foundation in HR technology and processes, including HCM, payroll, and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience as a subject matter expert and lead in technology-driven environments.

What the responsibilities are of the right candidate:

• Serve as the integration subject matter expert on enterprise HR technology projects.
• Lead small to medium-scale HR technology initiatives from discovery through post-implementation Hypercare.
• Partner with business stakeholders, DevOps, and external vendors to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
• Analyze HR system enhancement requests and lead test efforts for system enhancements.
• Collaborate across HR, technology, and business teams to build strong partnerships and ensure shared understanding of priorities.
