What You'll Do: - Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences - Hire, train, and lead a top-performing team - Manage inventory, budgeting, and scheduling - Drive growth and maintain high service and food quality standards What We're Looking For: - Proven experience in restaurant management - Strong leadership and communication skills - A hands-on, positive, and solutions-oriented attitude - Passion for hospitality and team development Starting Salary: $65,000 - $85,000/year + potential performance bonuses Be part of something new and exciting—help shape the vibe, the culture, and the success from the ground up.
