Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc.-Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.Job Description & Requirements * Specialty: Physical Therapist * Discipline: Therapy * Duration: 13 weeks * 40 hours per week * Shift: 8 hours * Employment Type: TravelThe Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patient evaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient and physician's orders when applicable.
