Operations Finance Lead - SAP/S4 Hana

Our client, a leading organization in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Finance Lead to join their team. As a Finance Lead, you will be an integral part of the Finance Department supporting cross‑functional teams. Job Title: Finance Lead Location: San Jose, California Pay Range: Market What's the Job? Lead the SAP S/4 HANA migration by acting as the Operations Finance representative, ensuring system design aligns with business needs. Develop comprehensive process documentation, including AS-IS and TO-BE workflows for Operations Finance teams. Collaborate with IT, manufacturing, and operations teams to support solution design, configuration reviews, testing, and migration readiness activities. Oversee data validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities to ensure a seamless transition to SAP S/4 HANA. Support month‑end close activities related to inventory and cost accounting, ensuring accurate inventory valuation and variance analysis. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing finance, with a focus on inventory and cost accounting. Extensive hands‑on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA, particularly within Finance and Controlling modules. Deep understanding of semiconductor cost structures, including standard costing, BOM configurations, and manufacturing variance analysis. Strong process documentation, system design, and project leadership skills, with attention to detail and analytical mindset. What's in it for me?
