Inside Sales Specialist

Role: Inside Sales Specialist - IT Hardware Solutions Company Context Tech Innovations Inc. is an IT solutions provider serving SMBs in the Caribbean and USA, specializing in IT hardware solutions. Core Responsibilities Prospecting: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email, and direct outreach. Lead Qualification: Determine business needs, budget, and decision-maker authority. Product Presentations: Demonstrate hardware solutions; answer customer questions. Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals independently. Account Management: Maintain customer relationships, provide post-sale support, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. CRM Management: Manage and update all account activities, pipeline stages, and customer interactions in a CRM system (Hubspot or similar CRM platform). Pipeline reviews and forecast accuracy expectations required. Sales Tracking: Monitor sales performance, forecast pipeline, and report metrics to management. Requirements 2+ years in B2B sales (hardware/software preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage own territory Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience a plus) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Fluency in English and Spanish preferred Compensation $40K base + 8% commission on gross profit #J-18808-Ljbffr Tech Innovations Inc
