What You'll Do

• Assist with ultrasounds, endoscopies, imaging, and other diagnostic procedures
• Support Internal Medicine diagnostics and treatments
• Assist with our radioactive I-131 program for hyperthyroid cats
• Coordinate appointments, patient flow, and follow-up communication
• Maintain accurate medical records and referral documentation
• Communicate compassionately with clients about their pets' care
• Collaborate across specialty departments to provide exceptional patient care
• Opportunity to cross-train and support the Cardiology team as well!

What We're Looking For

• CVT/LVT/RVT or experienced Veterinary Assistant
• Interest or experience in Internal Medicine or specialty care
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Ultrasound or endoscopy experience a plus
• Familiarity with veterinary software systems
• Compassionate, proactive, and team-oriented approach

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, Monday–Thursday
• 7:30 AM–6:00 PM or 8:00 AM–6:30 PM
• Some holidays required
• $25–$38/hour, based on experience and licensure
• Up to $5000.00 sign on bonus based on experience and credentials
