Project Superintendent

Summary The Project Superintendent directly and through subordinate Superintendents oversees the profitable installation of project work by directing co‑workers, interfacing, coordinating, and directing other trades. The role is responsible for all areas on medium or large projects including prime contracts, safety, planning, cost and productivity, while perpetuating an SQP culture. The Project Superintendent maintains high‑level client relationships through professional conduct.
