The Brian Center of Fincastle is seeking a Director of Maintenance to oversee the entire maintenance department and ensure repairs, safety, and compliance across the facility. You will lead maintenance, laundry, and housekeeping activities, manage budgets, and drive preventative programs. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating safety drills, handling vendor bids, and ensuring building, grounds, and equipment meet all regulatory standards for resident quality of life. #J-18808-Ljbffr
