Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $70,000 annually. How You Will Make An Impact Support the successful integration of person-centered, strengths-based programs and services for all residents. Develop and maintain a consistent and qualitative needs assessment of the population and provide high-quality responses to those needs. Ensures compliance with all federal, state, local, and facility regulations and policies. Support our independent living residents in the community, ensuring a successful life experience while promoting the social, psychological, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual needs of those living in the community. Recruit, hire, supervise, train, and support staff of the highest quality in each division of Resident Services. Participates in the Welcome Home Representative program. Establishes relationships with new residents and works to ensure their successful integration into the community. Participates in the coordination of services to residents through appropriate staff committees and departmental meetings. Reinforces positive employee relations, ensures standards of appearance are met, creates a work environment that encourages positive problem solving, and facilities an engaged workforce. What You Will Need Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience Healthcare experience preferred The passion and desire to work with the elderly; understanding of the aging process and the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
