Compensation & Benefits Hourly base pay: $28.85 - $37.50 Annual cash bonus opportunity 401(k) match: 4.5% Annual stock contribution: 5% Tuition reimbursement and corporate training & professional development for all members 12 paid holidays (including floating holidays) Comprehensive medical, dental, vision insurance upon hire Vacation, sick time, vacation buy‑up, short‑term disability, bereavement leave, paid parental leave, adoption assistance Employee assistance program (including mental health benefits) Life & AD&D, long‑term disability, optional life & optional AD&D Spouse/child optional life, healthcare and dependent care flexible spending Voluntary benefits: home/auto insurance discounts, whole life insurance, critical illness insurance, legal assistance, military leave Key Responsibilities Execute technical processes – implement and maintain procedures to ensure efficient daily operations in a focused area or process Continuous improvement – analyze production data and update standardized operating procedures for consistent workflow Quality – timely disposition and problem solving for production issues; implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence Resolve complex issues – participate in problem solving to provide solutions for atypical or infrequent operational problems based on guidelines Safety mindset – adhere to, actively support and uphold all safety protocols, procedures and regulatory requirements; maintain mindfulness of self and work area to promote a safe environment Key Skills Technical Knowledge Understanding of complex manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, precision assembly or test equipment Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality standards Solid blueprint and GD&T understanding Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs and specifications Analytical Skills Apply analytical methodologies to operational processes Experience with process mapping, value stream analysis and root‑cause tools (5 Whys, fishbone diagrams) Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Mechanical Aptitude Knowledge of manufacturing processes (mechanical disassembly/reassembly, CNC machine operations, testing) Proficiency with mechanical tools, measurement instruments and components Understanding of how tooling impacts repeatability, precision and cycle time Knowledge of mechanical assembly techniques and processes Communication Effectively communicate with team members and supervisors to support workflow and elevate immediate issues Clearly convey advanced technical information and ideas both verbally and in writing Time Management – efficiently manage personal workload to meet deadlines and team goals Lean Mindset – understand Lean principles and apply them in a manufacturing environment; support standardized work and apply process improvements Production Systems – champion standardized work, provide timely support to production escalations, actively participate in the daily management system, proficiency with ERP systems and production software/tools Computer Skills – advanced ability to use basic software (email, spreadsheets, data entry) and proficiency with ERP systems Detail‑Oriented – review and maintain BOMs, work instructions and documentation with high accuracy; identify and correct deviations before they become major issues Collaboration – work cooperatively with teammates, accept feedback, operate seamlessly within team structures to achieve collective objectives Legal & Compliance This position requires use of information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
