Mental Health Therapist - Professional Counselor - Licensed Social Worker - Marriage and Family Therapist The Basics Location: Tucson, AZ 85711 Salary + Bonus Potential: $67,000 - $82,500 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities) Reporting directly to the Clinical Manager The Job You’ll Do Part of an innovative and award-winning team, your day-to-day will involve the following responsibilities: Be a critical part of a collaborative team of behavioral and physical health clinicians committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care. Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g., Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g., Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy). Leverage real time data to drive positive patient outcomes, immediately understanding your impact on the patients you serve. Positively contribute to an ever-expanding clinical team all committed to a new, innovative way to serve patients. The Right Fit Our most successful clinicians possess: Minimum Requirements – Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.) along with an active license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, AMFT, or LMFT) in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body. Minimum of two years of clinical experience, which may include internships and employment, with patients who have co-occurring mental health, substance use, and physical health problems. Proven + Passionate Drive – A love for and commitment to patient impact while also driving clinical outcomes as demonstrated by previous experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who experience diverse issues. Collaboration Dedication – The desire to work as a team with a diverse set of behavioral and physical health providers to ensure "Whole Patient Care, Upfront and Ongoing". Salary Range: $67,000 - $82,500 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities).
