Job Description Complete all orientation, onboarding, training, security, and driver safety program requirements. Comply with all Valley Pizza Standards and Policies. Report to work on time as scheduled in full uniform. Apply the guidelines presented in Sexual Harassment training and materials. Maintain a valid driver’s license, liability insurance, and a working auto for delivery. Be fully trained in the delivery process, as delivery is required periodically. Maintain an effective means of contact at all times for situations requiring a quick response. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and advance in levels of management; attend training and complete exams. Resolve conflicts and handle unstable situations with employees and customers. Listen and communicate with customers on the telephone and in person in a friendly and courteous manner; resolve customer problems and complaints. Coordinate store production and operations during periods of high stress. Enter computer data using a standard keyboard and function keys. Accurately receive and record a customer’s order within two minutes. Know and fulfill the terms of the company’s service objectives. Perform mathematical computations. Correctly count currency, coins and checks to make change for customers and drivers; prepare daily deposits. Move safely and swiftly from phone counter to makeline to ovens within the available area. Master all positions in the store; training on all areas of operations from answering calls to making pizzas to delivery. Prepare pizzas and other food items according to Valley Pizza and Domino’s Pizza standards. Make a pepperoni pizza within 60 seconds after training completion. Use the scale to assure correct portioning on pizzas. Manage the oven, including loading, unloading, cutting and boxing pizzas. Direct, manage and perform multiple tasks proficiently and competently. Maintain sanitation expectations and standards. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Prepare food by opening cans, arranging stock, and carrying dough trays to the pizza‑making area. Maintain sufficient supplies of food and boxes in the production area. Maintain sufficient supplies for store operation through proper ordering. Lift and move items within specified dimensions and weight limits. Remain mobile for at least three hours. Print, maintain and analyze daily computer reports for store trends and profitability data. Complete accurate records. Complete necessary bookkeeping procedures. Follow instructions from the General Manager and Supervisor. Assist in training and enforcing all safety and security policies and procedures. Direct daily store operations by training, motivating, communicating, and working with team members. Assist in supervising all phases of production. Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling team members. Perform other related duties to maintain store sanitation, productivity and profitability. Comply with the Nondisclosure/Non‑competition Agreement. Qualifications Must be available to close minimum four nights a week. Prior fast‑food management and leadership experience preferred. Assist with basic operations procedures. Experience in employee development; bring positive energy and attitude. Demonstrate team member and food safety protocols. Exhibit excellent customer service skills. Operate and troubleshoot technology. Strong work ethic. Customer service experience. Ability to perform at a high level. Multitasking essential. Store awareness. Benefits & Requirements Must pass Domino’s background check and standards. Full‑time (minimum 40 hours). Must work Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Available Monday through Sunday with emphasis on Friday‑Saturday‑Sunday. Benefits after 90 days of employment. PTO/Vacation approval after 10–12 months in a management position. Attendance and punctuality are critical; no tolerance for poor attendance or tardiness. Professionalism is expected. Some leadership experience preferred.
