Job Description Role O2DCA is currently seeking a Developer who will be responsible for collaborating with our talented team to design & develop modular code for application on multiple projects, as well as maintaining and updating client websites, ensuring best practices, languages, and methodologies are utilized for each task, and seeing the project through from conception to completion. You should strive to create well-rounded solutions that feature user-friendly design and function, while adhering to O2DCA’s expressed standards. You should have a passion for the digital creative community, a solid foundational knowledge of basic programming languages, and an eagerness to produce high quality work. Responsibilities Collaborating with a team of web developers to produce high-quality software solutions Utilize a deep understanding of best coding practices and agency-established protocols when developing & designing Assist Project Managers with design & layout of client websites, CRMs, applications, & custom software solutions Assist with updates & management to WordPress infrastructure Designing & developing scalable, reliable, and efficient software applications Utilizing HTML, JavaScript, CSS, PHP, among other languages Ensuring that software solutions meet industry standards and are compatible with different browsers, devices, and operating systems.
