Nurse Supervisor - Emergency Services Adult (ADON)

Job Title: Nurse Supervisor Emergency Services Adult (ADON)

Location: Brooklyn, NY 11206



Pay Rate: $93 95/hr on W-2



Duration: 06/10/2026 09/12/2026



Department: Emergency Services Adult



Schedule: Monday Friday with 1 weekend shift per month



Shift Timing: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM



Hours: 7 hours/day | 35 hours/week

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan and develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance.

  • Monitor patient care performance and assess units with nurse managers.

  • Communicate and assist with corrective action plans when needed.

  • Develop record-keeping systems for medication errors and counseling documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of nursing experience required.

  • At least 5 years in a supervisory role.

  • ADON experience preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience required.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program required.

  • Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Certifications & Licensure

  • Active RN License.

  • NYSED Primary Source Verification of RN License and Registration.

  • BLS Certification required.
