Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and provide basic nursing care as delegated by the supervising RN
• Monitor residents’ condition, assess changes, and report findings to the charge nurse and care team
• Perform routine nursing procedures and supportive care within scope of practice
• Document care provided accurately in the patient record and maintain thorough handoffs
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and ensure safety, comfort, and dignity

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (3x12 schedule) and participate in a travel assignment
• Willingness to serve in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting for a 12-week contract
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail in documentation
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team environment
