Job Description:

Omni-Channel Loyalty is a program that allows customers to earn and redeem loyalty rewards on any digital and in-store ordering channels. Our team is on a mission to make operating a loyalty business a whole lot easier. The Tableside Order & Pay team sits under ***'s Digital Ordering team, who works to improve operators' online businesses with first party software tools. Our team is looking for a marketing specialist to help design, produce, and ship loyalty marketing collateral to our key partner Merchants. In this role, you will be designing marketing assets for our merchants, assembling signage for restaurants, and managing our Through these actions, you'll gather product feedback and communicate cross-functionally across *** to maximize how fast we can launch this product. Note: This is primarily a remote role with some requirements to be on-site at a *** corporate office. Additionally, the role may require travel to a merchant less than once per quarter.

About the Role:

• This role will be working closely with our implementation team to produce and design marketing assets for launching our loyalty program. You will be designing signage for merchants, producing the signage, and shipping it out to our partner restaurants across the country.
• This role operates for 40 hours a week, on average.

• You have experience managing and tracking multiple shipments at a time.
• You have experience designing in Figma or Canva.
• You have experience with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspaces.
