Job Description Flooring Subcontractor Work Type: Commercial & Multi-Family Flooring About the Opportunity Jack Laurie Group is looking to build relationships with experienced flooring subcontractors to support our commercial and multi-family flooring projects in the Kenosha area. We are looking for reliable, professional flooring crews who take pride in their workmanship and can consistently meet project schedules and quality expectations. This is an opportunity to partner with an established flooring company and work on a variety of commercial and multi-family projects. Flooring Experience Needed We are looking for subcontractors with experience installing some or all of the following: Carpet Carpet Tile LVT LVP VCT Sheet Vinyl Ceramic / Porcelain Tile Experience with commercial and/or multi-family projects is strongly preferred. What We're Looking For Have proven experience with commercial and/or multi-family flooring installation Provide quality workmanship and attention to detail Be dependable and able to meet scheduled deadlines Maintain a professional appearance and attitude on job sites Communicate effectively with project managers and other trades Have the equipment, tools, and manpower necessary to complete assigned work Be able to work independently while following project specifications Maintain appropriate licensing, insurance, and business documentation Be able to travel throughout the Kenosha area and surrounding communities Why Partner With Jack Laurie Group?
