Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities

• Greet and guide clients in the service drive through the service process.
• Assist customers in identifying and explaining their concerns
• Explain maintenance based on mileage and time passed since last visit
• Coordinate Valet for pickup and delivery of customers vehicles
• Ensure proper documentation of Complaint, Cause and Correction
• Following up after service to assist customers with additional questions
• Represent The Premier Collections brand with excellence
• Highly organized and eagerness to improve
• Willingness to take initiative
• Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
• Provide an exemplary level of customer service.

Automotive Service Advisor Qualifications
