Licensed Therapist

To support a growing behavioral health practice, the part-time California Licensed Associate Therapist will deliver telehealth and in-person therapy services, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans while collaborating with community partners and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct and telehealth therapy services, including crisis intervention and psychotherapy Conduct mental health evaluations and formulate individualized treatment plans Engage with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and maintain compliance with documentation standards Required Qualifications A Master's degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, social work, or counseling from an accredited institution Current California license as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health treatment Proficiency in Google Suite and strong analytical skills Bilingual in Spanish and/or Arabic is preferred
