Ultimately, the Manager of Operations ensures that the organization meets its mission to provide high-quality, accessible, and compassionate care to the community it serves.We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Full Time, Manager of Operations for Long Island Gastroenterology Specialists in Wantagh, NY.Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate daily operations across multiple departments to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to organizational standards.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that comply with healthcare regulations and promote best practices.Manage budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Lead, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Collaborate with clinical leaders and administrative teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement quality improvement initiatives.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership to inform decision-making.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies to support operational goals and maintain organizational reputation.Skills:The Manager of Operations utilizes strong leadership and communication skills daily to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
