Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Esthetician role based in Berkeley, CA. The Esthetician will provide professional skincare services, including facials, acne and hyperpigmentation treatments, and other customized services aligned with Seven:Thirty Skincare protocols. Day-to-day tasks include performing consultations, developing treatment plans, recommending appropriate products, and maintaining accurate client records. The role involves educating clients on at-home skincare routines, diet, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment. The Esthetician will also support retail sales, contribute to a positive client experience, and collaborate with the team on service improvements and brand initiatives. Qualifications Skincare-focused experience, including Skin Care services and knowledge of acne, hyperpigmentation, age management Must have a dynamic and professional personality Must have a current California Esthetician or Cosmetology license in good standing Must have 18 months of hands on experience in the treatment room Strong Customer Service abilities, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and inclusive client care. Sales and product recommendation skills, with comfort in explaining benefits Ability to maintain sanitation standards, follow treatment protocols, and uphold all health and safety guidelines. Effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
