Receptionist – State Farm Agent Team Member Full Time in Savannah - GA Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented reception and administrative support professional to join our team as a Receptionist for State Farm. The successful candidate will provide warm, friendly service to customers, manage appointment scheduling, maintain customer records, and support team members with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Compensation $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year.
