Creative Strategist, Growth Marketing

Seeking an innovative Creative Strategist, Growth Marketing, the full-time remote position will develop impactful creatives to drive global customer growth, scale performance marketing spend, and shape Tala's positioning in the FinTech category. Key responsibilities Own the LATAM creative roadmap, researching and pitching new concepts while refining paid media, ASO, and partner creative Collaborate with Growth Marketers on testing schedules, analyzing performance metrics, and sharing actionable insights Manage creative production timelines, contractor assignments, and budget tracking to ensure successful project execution Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in a creative strategy role, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team Proven track record of developing creatives that achieve successful performance marketing results Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to write natural Spanish copy Experience managing freelance or contractor creative production, timelines, and budgets Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira) and marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adjust)
