Real Estate Developer and Construction Manager Looking for Partners I am a real estate developer with over 10 years of experience spanning construction and project management, land entitlements, design and construction oversight, and financial management. My expertise lies in guiding projects from the point of deal analysis and due diligence through successful execution and delivery. While I have the full skill set to manage and deliver projects once a viable opportunity is identified, my background is less focused on sourcing and marketing new deals. I am seeking a partner with strong experience in acquisitions and deal generation to complement my strengths and create a well-rounded development team.
