About the Opportunity AvAirPros is seeking an Airline Technical Representative (ATR) to support our team at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) . This is a highly visible role supporting the airport's transformative South Concourse Evolution (SoCoEvo) Program. You'll serve as a key connector between airlines, airport leadership, designers, contractors, and project teams—helping ensure construction projects move forward while supporting the operational needs of one of the nation's busiest airports. What You'll Do As a trusted representative for our airline clients, you'll: Coordinate project activities throughout planning, design, and construction. Serve as a primary liaison between airline representatives, SEA staff, and project teams. Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across multiple organizations. Facilitate meetings, coordinate schedules, and keep complex initiatives moving forward. Identify operational impacts, evaluate alternatives, and help develop practical solutions. Coordinate airline reviews and secure required airport approvals. Track action items, document decisions, and maintain clear project communications. Prepare reports, memoranda, presentations, briefings, and other client deliverables. Support project teams by anticipating challenges, resolving issues, and ensuring stakeholders remain informed and aligned.
