Modern Chiropractic Center is seeking a motivated, high-energy full-time chiropractor to join our growing team in the Boise–Nampa area.

We have served the Treasure Valley for more than 20 years and currently operate offices in Boise and Nampa, Idaho . Our Boise location includes a state-of-the-art, 4,200-square-foot clinic custom-built in 2022, and our continued growth has created an exciting opportunity for the right doctor to take on increasing responsibility within the practice.

This position is expected to develop into the Lead Doctor role at our Nampa location. We are looking for someone who wants more than simply an associate position and is interested in growing into a long-term leadership role. There may also be a future contractual opportunity to own and operate the location without the traditional risk and expense of starting a practice from scratch.

The ideal candidate is:

• High-energy, efficient, and comfortable working in a busy clinical environment
• A strong team player who values consistency and collaboration
• Coachable and willing to learn and follow our established clinical systems
• Interested in developing leadership skills and taking greater responsibility over time
• Familiar with Chiropractic BioPhysics® (CBP) or genuinely interested in learning and incorporating CBP principles and protocols
• Willing to learn and utilize the same adjusting techniques and treatment methods used by the other doctors in our practice

At Modern Chiropractic Center, we manage patients as a team rather than maintaining individual patient caseloads . This approach provides continuity of care, makes scheduling more convenient for patients, and allows our doctors greater flexibility when taking vacation or time away from the office.

Our doctors are able to focus primarily on patient care, with minimal marketing responsibilities .
