Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a diligent Kitchen Steward for our Plano property. The role focuses on transporting and cleaning dishware, keeping the dish area organized, and supporting cooks, bus staff and servers to ensure guests have a seamless dining experience. Includes standing, lifting up to 100 lbs, and compliance with health standards.
