Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New Hampshire physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred. Experience treating orthopedic conditions and post-surgical rehabilitation preferred. Ability to document in electronic medical records required. Specific EMR system experience is preferred but not required.
