Commercial Litigation Attorney

Job Description

I am partnered with a mid sized Virginia firm that is looking to add an associate to their commercial litigation team. This position is with a firm that has excellent mentorship opportunities and growth opportunities in complex litigation.


Background Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in private commercial litigation
• Practice areas of interest include complex commercial and business litigation, employment, business torts, construction disputes
• Taking depos, handling hearings or arguments
• Motions practice, dispositive motions
• Experience in state and federal courts of Virginia, Maryland, & D.C.
• Admitted in VA
