Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems Operate hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors Provide outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills Educate customers on their systems and maintenance requirements Help customers identify areas to improve their home comfort systems Document services performed and recommendations made by filling in logs and/or records Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards Do I have What it Takes? Journeyman license in HVAC (Apprentice accepted for other positions) NATE‑Certified is a huge plus Applicants must be at least 21 years old to meet company driving‑insurability requirements; candidates 19 or older with a clean driving record may be considered Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus Mechanical aptitude Some knowledge in electrical or plumbing is preferred but not required Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations Attention to detail Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
