About Our Agency
With 32 years at State Farm and 23 in agency, I lead a dedicated team of nine—seven in DeMotte and two in Rensselaer. We offer paid vacation, retirement plan participation after the first year, and a $200 monthly health insurance premium reimbursement for eligible team members. My journey began as a claims representative in 1993, later managing complex injury claims and lawsuits before becoming an agent in 2001. In 2023, I expanded to a second agency in Rensselaer. Our DeMotte office has grown into one of the largest in Indiana by focusing on what matters most—helping one client at a time with personalized protection and exceptional service. Role Description
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Dave Long - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
