Oracle Fusion Finance Transformation Leader (O2C/AR)

The Mission

We are seeking an elite, bilingual Finance-Technology leader to spearhead a critical enterprise transformation initiative. This is not a passive platform-maintenance role; you will own the high-stakes transition from a legacy, home-grown Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Accounts Receivable system over to a newly built—but not yet live— Oracle Fusion O2C and AR ecosystem .

Our current infrastructure utilizes a pre-COVID Oracle Fusion footprint for General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Planning, and Budgeting. The immediate mission is to lead the cutover, stabilization, and long-term platform ownership of the integrated environment. This position requires an executive who commands deep accounting fluency—specifically around complex Costing models—and can navigate seamlessly between C-suite finance stakeholders and systems architects.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

• Drive the O2C Transformation: Lead the discovery, data mapping, risk mitigation, and production cutover from the legacy, home-grown OTC/AR system to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Own Subledger & Cost Accounting: Ensure complex costing, inventory, and distribution metrics map flawlessly through Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules into the core General Ledger.
• Bridge the Finance/IT Divide: Translate intricate accounting controls, audit readiness, and month-end close requirements into scalable, functional ERP solutions.
• Challenge Legacy Friction: Diplomatically challenge legacy operational workflows and guide business stakeholders toward standard, out-of-the-box ERP capabilities to minimize technical debt.

What You Bring (Must-Haves)

• 12+ Years of Enterprise Systems Leadership: A proven track record driving major ERP transformations, cloud migrations, or system cutovers.
• Deep Financial & Costing Mastery: Heavy domain knowledge across core accounting functions— explicit experience with Costing methodology , GL, AP/AR, and Revenue Recognition is non-negotiable.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong functional understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, standard integrations, and operational workflows.
• Executive Influence: The ability to operate credibly as a trusted advisor to the CFO and financial leadership while maintaining a pragmatic understanding of engineering constraints.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in Publishing, Media, Wholesale, or highly integrated product distribution environments.
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or complex enterprise analytics platforms.
• CPA, MBA, or related enterprise transformation credentials.
