Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care in various inpatient settings. This role involves managing diverse clinical cases, including wound care, in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with diverse conditions.
• Manage wound care cases through assessment, treatment, and patient education.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Adapt to different units such as ER, ICU, MedSurg, and Ortho Center as needed.
• Participate in ongoing learning to enhance wound care skills, especially for those without prior experience.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid PT degree from an accredited institution.
• Possess BLS certification prior to start.
• Have at least 1 year of inpatient acute care experience or willingness to learn.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work across various units as required.
• Be able to work Monday through Friday, with no on-call responsibilities.
• Wear any color scrubs except all black; scrubs are not provided.
