Compensation Breakdown: Hourly: $23/hr + Commissions Includes Commission Pay – Revenue Based (20% commission on completed Revenue, 4% on generated leads for equipment sales that converted, and 5% on self-sold equipment sale jobs) $25 and $50 review bonus Referral Bonus / Customer Review Bonus Top Earners Make $180k – $190k Annually! Must be able to handle a physical workload, including lifting and working in confined spaces. Estimating and quoting ability for accurately pricing services and presenting options. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Undergo a background check. Authorized to work in the U.S. Bilingual fluency in Spanish is highly preferred to assist with diverse team communication. Position Responsibilities Diagnose and efficiently repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in a residential setting (heat pumps, mini-splits, water heaters, IAQ accessories). Inspect, perform equipment repairs/replacements, and conduct routine preventative maintenance. Discuss system malfunctions, clearly explain repair options, and recommend maintenance or improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency. Strictly adhere to all safety policies and procedures on every job site.
